While it's understandable that you might be interested in this type of document, you've noted one of the BIG potential dangers in using it: you could very well be working through a bunch of questions that are from practice CATs/mocks that you have NOT taken yet. By extension, working on these questions now means that you will likely remember them later on - when/if they show up on a CAT. Seeing even a few 'repeat' questions on a CAT can 'throw off' the Scoring Algorithm and impact your pacing, energy levels, fatigue, etc. (meaning that they would likely all appear to be better than they actually are). In simple terms, you might be ruining a bunch of future practice CATs just to save a little money by working through this list of questions. That is a TERRIBLE risk and not one that I would recommend.
You can find plenty of realistic practice questions from other sources (that won't force you to question whether you'll see those prompts again later on a CAT), so I suggest that you look for practice materials elsewhere.
