Hello,
I am a current member of the SMU community, studying in the MSFE course.
I have a room to rent out to one/two female flatmates at yoha:Pearl’s Hill terrace.
The accommodation is SMU-approved and the last floor is reserved for SMU students. People from MBA, MiM, MWM and other courses offered by SMU stay there.

The flat has two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, all fully equipped. One room is already taken by two females who are really nice and co-operative.
The rent will include WiFi, electricity and water. Maintenance is also provided by Yoha for free.
Please DM me for rent and any other questions related to this. The lease starts from Jan 1st and has to be for a minimum of 6 months.

The usual turn around time is about a week. I myself got a reply in about 3 days.

Has anyone heard back after submitting an application in the past few weeks, and what has your timeline been?
I submitted my application on May 6th but haven't heard anything since then. My application status is still, "Submitted and in review." Applied to Full time 2 year MBA for Fall 2020.
Any ideas on when I can expect to hear back? Thanks!
