Statement A tells us that AD and BC are parallel but difficult to find the angle - Not Suff
Statement B tells us the measure of one angle, not satisfied.
From both the statement we can say that angle C is 35% using parallel lines and transversal angles rule
C is the answer

No information regarding the alternate angles for the transversal AC is given.
(Insufficient)
(2) The measure of CAD angle is 35 degrees
=> No other information is given to draw the angle BCA measure. (Insufficient)
Combining both, AC is a transversal, AB and CD are parallel so, CAD is the alternate angle equal to BCA.
