Bunuel  n can be -3 or +3 , so the final answer can be 2 values why its C and not E

n^3 = 27 has only one solution because cube roots (odd powers) preserve the sign. So n = 3 is the only real solution.

n = -3 would give n^3 = -27, not 27.
