So after reading the Powerscore GMAT reading Comprehension Bible I figured I'll post a review here. The book focuses heavily on a VIEWSTAMP method in-order to tackle Reading Comprehension passages. I have to say with practice this method becomes an efficient strategy for RC. It also has an in depth explanation of the type of traps used by the authors. Moreover, explanation of the different types of question stems that appear on the GMAT is done wonderfully. Throughout the book there are several mini drills to help hone your understanding of certain concepts. The final chapter consists of 8 passages for practice. According to my opinion it is the most complete book out there for Reading Comprehension. However, with 400 pages this book is definitely time consuming and not cheap .Even though I have prepared cliff notes for my own use, I'm not sure if I can post it here since it might violate copyright laws. Also, certain parts of the book are copied as such from the Powerscore Critical Reasoning Bible so there is a lot overlap. So even though I feel that this book is helpful I suggest that only people with plenty of time to spare before the exam go through it as it is time consuming.
