to solve such questions, calculate the cyclicity of the unit digit. For e.g take 2. When you raise it to the power of 1,2,3,4 and so on the result is 2,4,8,16,32,64,.... so on... so you see here that the unit digit pattern repeats after every 4th iteration i.e. 2,4,8,6,2,4,8,6,2, .... the cyclicity is 4. This way you can check pattern for any number. In this particular question we are asked 3^7 * 2^8 * 7^22.
So here 3^7 will give unit digit as 7, 2^8 will give unit digit as 6 and 7^22 will give unit digit as 9. Now 7*6*9 = 378. Hence unit digit is 8
