Fear not, good sir! You have posted your query in the proper forum. As seekmba has so righteously pointed out, the current president of Estonia is indeed Toomas Hendrik Ilves. I actually met him last June, seems like a nice guy haha. Estonia really is a beautiful country, I LOVED Tallinn what an awesome city it is. Although, it's definitely a bit on the cold side but I'd venture to say it's one of the best places I've ever visited, although I didn't really 'visit' I was there for military purposes.
