wow eating chocolates can give you heart attack? earlier research seems to indicate that. Oh lord then what will i do with my chocolates now? Damn they should be in kept aside. I don't need heart attack. Just damn!!
Then comes another research which says hey you can have your chocolates. Previous results had exaggerated the results because the sample was spurious. Wow. Then I must be a fool, i never ate any chocolates after 1st result came out. Damn, i need all the chocolates i can eat since they do not cause heart attack.
What am i? I am in a group of people who believed first result and limited chocolate consumption.
E says exactly that. I believe answer is E.

Answer is E.
Only if we know that the prev study results are making people not consume chocolate, can we confidently say that after the new results are published, those people will start consuming chocolate, thereby increasing consumption.
