Can you please explain why B is the right answer. I am confused with 2 "and's". Can you give a simple example for better understanding.

If suppose there was "performing with endurance and agility,and defending........." then it is right because endurance and agility are part of a separate list.

One new explanation for B

This is actually not one series of a list namely A, B, C, and D as many have interpreted. These strengths in this context are two different series such as 1. Offence strength and 2 Defense strength. 1. The Offence strength consists of three skills namely A - serving with speed and accuracy -, B- performing with endurance -, and C - running swiftly- 'and' - 2. The defense strength consists of just one skill such as 'defending against tricky drop shots and lobs."

Now, one can see why there is one 'and' after endurance and another 'and' after 'match'.

The answer is not (C) because 'performing with endurance' and 'running swiftly' are two separate constructs and they need to be separated in some way. They cannot be allowed to run on each other. Read this:
Professional tennis players exhibit different strengths such as performing with endurance running swiftly even late in a match.

This does not make sense. If you say that running swiftly shows endurance, you still need to include 'depicted by' or something similar.

1. serving with speed and accuracy, - a  phrase  starting with verb-ing 
2. performing with endurance – a  phrase  starting with verb-ing
 and 
3. run swiftly even late in a match – a  clause  starting with a verb

The nested list is not parallel grammatically. It contains two phrases and a clause. 
Correct version:
1. serving with speed and accuracy, - a phrase starting with verb-ing 
2. performing with endurance – a phrase starting with verb-ing
 and 
3. running swiftly even late in a match – a phrase starting with verb-ing

INTENDED MEANING

Choice E can be eliminated as it has an error similar to that in choice A

The above choice conveys a very illogical meaning –

(D) to perform with endurance and to run   ------ Infinitives are not parallel to gerunds

(E) to perform with endurance and run  ------ Infinitives are not parallel to gerunds
