Hi, I am a candidate planning to apply for a US/International MBA for AY2021/22. I have already given GMAT once(4.5 Years ago).
I have no target schools but would like my post MBA career to be in an established firm, in a technology management office (say an office under CTO).
I would prefer a career in Canada/New Zealand, based on cultural fit and the experiences of family members staying in these countries.
My profile:
GMAT: 750, Exam taken in Sep, 2015
UG: 74.4% in BE Comp Sci (College affiliated to Osmania Uni, hyd)
Profile since graduation:
1.5 years as Asst soft engg for. Business intelligence in a fortune 500 mutual fund asset management company
0.5 years delivering a business intelligence project for a mid-tier power sector firm
A Diploma in Banking Technology from a Regulator-established college(0.5 years)
3 years working as an Asst manager (no subordinates) dealing with start up collaboration, innovation and tech policy drafting in the Analytics dept of a fortune 500 Bank
Any advice would be well appreciated.

Overall you have a diverse and a good profile. Exceptional GMAT score though a negative point is 4.5 yrs post the GMAT Exam but that won't hurt. Your work ex is also on a good side as you have worked on different roles.
You have to decide your B schools first then only one would be able to evaluate your profile.
Some Kudos never hurt.

You have a good profile with mix of functions and industries. Your GMAT has validity till Sep only. Most of Canada and Newzeland B-Schools closed their applications for Sep 2020 intake. Try with US or B-Schools. They have extended their application deadlines. All the best.
