I think you have a really very lovely profile. You have many things that are both unique and strong. Your provenance from a humanities program is pretty rare (esp. for Indian candidates) and Stanford also seems to love humanities students. Otherwise you have truly a global profile that would rival that of the most travelled students in what seem to be very strong jobs. All of that combined with your family business makes you not only a strong candidate but also an interesting one.
Oh yeah, and I didn't yet even congratulate you on your ridiculous GMAT. Great Job!!!
Whether all of this will get you into Stanford remains to be seen. I hear it's a pretty tough school to get into...
One thing that will also play an important role is the size and potential of your family business. So if you can write a bit more about turnover, number of employees, how you see yourself developing the business, I may be able to add a few more notes.
