Great! And good luck on your test. But it's probably STILL too few years. When you look at schools, take a look at the class profile. In NTU for example, only 10% of the class has three years or less experience. This puts you at a really big disadvantage, soooo really I would still suggest waiting at least another year. As for which intake, it doesn't really matter. Apply R1 if you can, in order to increase your chances.

which b-school MIM programs are best?
and what is their scope as compared to MBA?

MiMs would be possible because they are in fact designed for people with little experience, and if you really want to go to one, have a look at the rankings online. Still though, keep in mind that as a career booster an MBA is likely more effective (both in terms of salary boosting, and post boosting).
