Hi, can you evaluate my profile

GMAT- 700
X- 79%
XII - 74%
UG(Btech ECE) from Punjab Technical University - 7.2 CGPA

work ex - Programmer analyst in Cognizant (1 yr)
Entered as a trainee and had to take few exams conducted by CTS which i Successfully cracked and entered a special training batch
Got to work on a internal project during training. I lead a team of 5 during that project.
Currently working for a US healthcare client.

Extra curricular
I have been hitting MMA training and gym from past 1 yr and participated in few fights
Played cricket up to district level (U-19), School and College
Remained part of winning team in few cricket competitions
I can play some musical instruments(Keyboard)
I like to do script writing occasionally.

Leadership Roles
Remained Captain of School cricket team for 2 yrs and lead to win inter school tournament
Remained School representative for 1 yr and Class representative for couple of years in college

targeting ISB early entry

Hey dude,
Well ISB will be a biiit tough without a higher GMAT. Your GPA is a bit on the low side and your school is not a target school.

But that's not the main issue I see here with your profile - the main issue is that I don't see anything that makes you YOU! That makes you passionate unique one of a kind, and that will help you differentiate yourself from the other thousand applicants with similar profiles. And THAT is your main mission - to find what makes you different and to stand out.

My family has been practicing Farming from generations in Punjab. As i noticed during my whole life that agriculture in India is still pretty conventional and it is the sector which is not been really touched and until now not much revolution has taken place in the whole agriculture system in India unlike in countries in the west. That is the reason I was Interested in MBA from ISB Mohali. I saw that they are promoting innovation in agriculture in India through a program called "Innovation in Agri value chain". I hope this clears my aim after MBA. So can you tell that will this be a feasible career to pursue and moreover i can retake GMAT as i still have time.

Its for sure feasible. Also, if its better for you, you can always try with your current GMAT and see what happens. If your sotory is solid it might work. And if not, you could always reapply.
