Hi,
Would appreciate if the experts could evaluate my profile:
Indian, Male, 24 years
Xth: 7.4 CGPA
XIIth: 94.4%
Graduation (B.Com Hons.): 66.64%
GMAT1(29 Aug 2019): 700 (Q45 V40, IR7, AWA 5)
GMAT2(16 Oct 2019): 730 (Q49 V41, IR8, AWA yet to receive score)
Work Experience: 2+ years with a Big 4 firm in Tax consultancy (resigned in November 2018), promoted once
Certifications: Cleared CFA L2 in June 2019, plan on completing it either next year or post MBA depending on the intake.
Extra-curricular: Not much in terms of extra curricular except volunteer work. Worked with various NGOs in the past couple of years.
Post MBA Goal: Post MBA would like to work with an organisation involved in venture philanthropy/impact investing.
Colleges in mind: ISB, Esade, IE, NUS, Nanyang
Do these colleges seem realistic considering my profile? Feel free to suggest any other colleges you may think are suitable considering the above, preferably non-US, non-UK.

I think you are on target with your list! You're coming from an extremely tough demographic & it's one that tends to have very high GMAT scores (typically ~30 points above a school's overall average) so it's good that you are targeting schools where your score is on the high end, especially since your GPA is a bit on the low end. You're also coming from a challenging professional background, since it's typically tough to show much in terms of quantifiable results in your field (although if you have some all the better!) and your extracurriculars look a bit scarce. All of that is to say that you're being smart in being a bit conservative when it comes to school selection. I think you've got a good list here & some others to consider are Rotterdam & Mannheim.
