Your GMAT score is fantastic! That's very impressive by any measure.
Can you clarify what you mean by volunteering during the pandemic? Was that a major effort?
I am afraid several of the schools on your list are going to be very high reaches. First off, your GPA is really subpar for what these schools expect. Is there a reason why it is below a 3.0? Also, while CSUF is a great program, it's not considered a top feeder school. That, combined with the low GPA, could very likely put you in a situation where you are filtered out from the get-go. Take a look at the GPA ranges, medians and means of the schools on your list. You will see that you are likely sitting at the bottom. An excellent GMAT score will help somewhat but not entirely erase this component of your application.
Second, I am slightly confused by your career progression. The three jobs you have had since graduating seem awfully random. Is there a logical explanation for the transitions from one to the other? Telling a fluid narrative without seeming like a jack-of-all-trades will not be impossible but it will be tough.
If I were you, I would expand your list of schools. You can definitely apply to a few schools on your list but I think you need to consider programs that are lower on the US News ranking.
