I would appreciate a lot if you could evaluate my profile
Demographics: 27, Male, Indian Citizen, Non - IT Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)
GMAT Score: 680(Q48 V35 IR4 AWA5) - Planning to retake GMAT again (kindly advice if it is required considering my profile and target colleges)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering - Top 75 University in India, GPA: 8.9/10 (USA GPA - 3.74)
Master's Degree: Civil Engineering with Mechanical Options - Top 3 University in India - IIT Madras, GPA:8.9/10 (USA GPA - 3.75)
Chartered Engineer, IMechE, UK
Extra-curriculars
State level cricketer. Also represented University while in Engineering; Fitness Enthusiast - Regular in Marathon and running events; Avid Trekker - Have trekked multiple times in Himalayan region; Volunteer in few events
Work Experience -
Working in India's Largest Construction firm's International Water Division, We bid for tenders in developed economies such as UAE, Oman, Qatar and in Underdeveloped Nations such as Tanzania, Malawi, Botswana. Have also secured multiple promotions (2 in 4 years). My role is estimation of Mechanical Equipment in the plants and also includes coordination among various stakeholders such as Design Consultant, Higher Management, Client, etc.
Post MBA goals
Consulting or Team Lead roles in MNCs; Industry-shift
Target Colleges - Duke, Michigan Ross, Tepper, Tuck, Darden, Foster, Mccombs, Mcdonnough, Cornell, Kenan- Flagler, Marshall. (Top 30 colleges)

Yes, you should retake the GMAT. You are coming from a very competitive demographic. For many of the programs on your list, you will have a hard time with as unfortunately the bar for male Indian engineers is set higher when it comes to standardized test scores. If you can crack a 700 that would go a long way. For some of the programs on your list a 720+ is really desirable.
Your extracurriculars are interesting but very individual in nature. Do you have any community/leadership-based experiences that you can talk about in your application?
Your post-MBA goals need refining. I am sure you will do that in your essays, but they're very vague and common. You might want to take a little risk by being more creative so you don't get lost in the mix.
