Your profile should give you a shot at these programs. I'm less confident about Tuck as you also noted.

(9) Marshall and Anderson are smart for being west-coasted. What about Haas? Probably a reach but might be a better fit than Tuck?

The others you listed are fine, but don't tend to scream tech. You don't NEED to apply to those too as the list above is strong enough and appropriately hedges your chances for admission.
