Educational Background: B.Tech in IT from NIT Surathkal (top 10 engineering colleges in India) in 2012

Work Exp in IT of 3.3 years in following companies
• Fortune 100 IT Product Company (2years)
• One of the top three investment Banks (1 year) in Risk Team
• Most reputed Hedge Fund (current) in Risk Team

I am also working part-time in a startup since 4 years.

GMAT: 690 (Q50 v34)
I am yet to give IELTS/TOEFL.

Nationality: Indian
CGPA (UG): 2.83

Query:
With following constraints:
1) Indian IT male
2) Starting now - R1 is passed for MBA colleges in USA
3) Avg GMAT score, especially for scholarship


Which all colleges can I target now? Are Tepper and McCombs achievable and right targets for me? Or Shall I look for colleges outside USA (such as NUS, MBS etc) as well?




Any leads is highly appreciated.

Today, I gave my third GMAT attempt and secured 690 (Q50 v34).


Educational Background: B.Tech in IT from NIT Surathkal (top 10 engineering colleges in India) in 2012

Work Exp in IT of 3.3 years in following companies
• Fortune 100 IT Product Company (2years)
• One of the top three investment Banks (1 year) in Risk Team
• Most reputed Hedge Fund (current) in Risk Team

Goal: MBA from top 25 colleges in USA.

Query:
As you have noted I am Indian IT male and I started really late for Round 1-2 applications, which all colleges can I target? Would you prescribe me to take any particular path? I am also looking for scholarship so after Round 2, I will have very low probability to get a scholarship. Are Tepper and Fuqua achievable targets for me? Or Shall I look for little lower rank colleges?


Any leads is highly appreciated.
