Thanks, sanya2711. You should consider some of the usual suspects in the UK/EU such as:

ESSEC
ESADE
Bocconoi
Cambridge (Judge)
Oxford (Said)

My only concern is your GMAT score. It's good but might create some issues for admissions given that you are coming from a competitive demographic. Would you consider retaking it? Another 20-30 points would go a long way in advancing your candidacy.

I gave the exam a year back so giving it again will be like starting over I feel. But do you think it is impossible for me to get admits in schools like LSE or LBS considering I don’t have work experience.
Also do you think a Mfin is a good degree for an Indian fresher?

No, it won't be impossible to get into LBS or LSE, but it will be difficult based on the information you have provided. That has nothing to do with your lack of full-time work experience. That's not a requirement for MFin programs.

The issue is the strength of your overall profile. While it's good, I don't see the "wow" factor. You are coming from a very competitive demographic and so to get into a top program such as LBS or LSE you need to be hitting on all cylinders.

You should definitely apply to both programs, but hedge accordingly with those that are easier from an admissions perspective.

My profile
23 Male, Indian
Graduated in 2021 January (I was supposed to graduate in April 2020 but final exams and projects got delayed till December and finally graduated in Jan)
GPA 6.5/10 (University of Mumbai)
GMAT (720) Mock scores, havent taken Official exam yet
College Degree BScIT

Experience
4 Months Research Internship with The Defence Research and Development Organisation, helped in programming drone simulator
6 months Intern as a assistant to GM in Rohit Impex (Logistical company)
6 months of Intern as Data Analyst in Fugro Logistic
4 Months Of intern with Teach for India in Development team

Extra Curricular
-Member of AIESEC during college
-Free Lance photography and graphic designer
-Was in the coordinating committee of my college festival
-Volunteered with a NGO in rural village to build a dam to solve their water issue

My main concern was that i dont have full time job yet, because of covid everything was disrupted and finding full time job was difficult. Currently im working as a Trainee in Fynd technology, its not permanent until i complete my 6 month trainee and internship and depending on performance ill be upgraded to full timer.

I was wondering would multiple internships raise any red flags may be, and any tips on how can put all this in my essays

Also should I submit a LOR from the Project Coordinator from the NGO i volunteer, as its one of the experience where i managed a team, or should i submit only from workplace.

PS. Im targeting, HEC, INSEAD, Bocconi(cems mim), ESSEC, ESADE(cems mim), Emlyon , I want to work in consulting or as a business analyst, in Euro zone or UK

Respoinding in-line:

Q: My main concern was that i dont have full time job yet, because of covid everything was disrupted and finding full time job was difficult. Currently im working as a Trainee in Fynd technology, its not permanent until i complete my 6 month trainee and internship and depending on performance ill be upgraded to full timer.

A: No, it's fine. You can't change the past. The fact that you're a trainee shows initiative. If you are concerned about full-time work experience you should wait a year to apply until you can land a job.

Q: I was wondering would multiple internships raise any red flags may be, and any tips on how can put all this in my essays

A: No, it's fine. Again, it shows you are trying to gain experience. We should chat separately about how you can cover all this material in your essays (note: it'll be in your CV/resume.)

Q: Also should I submit a LOR from the Project Coordinator from the NGO i volunteer, as its one of the experience where i managed a team, or should i submit only from workplace.

A: It depends if you are allowed to by the program's requirements. If it's allowed, you should consider it.

Q: PS. Im targeting, HEC, INSEAD, Bocconi(cems mim), ESSEC, ESADE(cems mim), Emlyon , I want to work in consulting or as a business analyst, in Euro zone or UK

A: That's a good list. Make sure you hit that GMAT score. That's a big x factor that isn't official and can make a huge difference (either way.)
