Hi,
For Rotman, I’d recommend Round 1. Your entrepreneurial experience, consulting background, and leadership of a 4–5 person team make the profile interesting, and applying early also gives you a better shot at scholarships.
I wouldn’t put much weight on exact R1/R2/R3 admission probabilities because Rotman doesn’t publish reliable round-wise data; as an international applicant, I’d avoid R3.
A 685 GMAT Focus is competitive and I wouldn’t retake it just for admissions.
If you genuinely think you can get to 705+ with limited effort, a retake could help at the margin for scholarships, but don’t delay R1 for it.
The bigger focus should be on clearly showing the scale, profitability, clients, and impact of your AI/Analytics venture.
Your 7.28/10 GPA is the one area I’d address carefully, but the GMAT and strong professional track record can help offset it.
