It's a bit hard to say without more detail. Your GMAT is solid but it's not clear if you've had a chance to make significant impact at work, especially if you've jumped around to a lot of different functions (I think that's what you are saying). The adom does like to see consistency and they also are really looking to see that you've used business skills to make a meaningful impact at work. It will also be important to know why these are your post-MBA goals & if you've had any exposure to Sustainable Management/Development in your career so far. Was this a focus of some of the orgs you've worked for? What exactly do you hope to accomplish in your goals & why? These are the types of details the adcom will be looking for.

Topline, if you have 3-4 strong, impressive accomplishments at work where you really made a big impact (saved lots of money or generated lots of revenue) & if you can make a clear argument for why these are your goals & what exactly you hope to accomplish, then I think you have a solid shot at these schools. If not, then these are going to be more in the reach category.

If you'd like to speak in more detail, feel free to reach out to Claudia at claudia@admissionado.com & she can get you set up with a free consultation!
