I'm going to apply for this summer for Booth evening.
Should I also try to apply for Northwestern? Booth is really my first choice, but if my chances are a stretch, I could apply for Kellogg or Ross, but am I crazy to go for only one school?
Exp: 8 yrs (3 years real estate, 5 years asset management)
Current Industry: Asset Management
Profile: Portfolio Manager. Manage 0 employees, as I have no direct reports(!)
Education: BS from top 5 school in Tokyo, but probably unknown in the world
GPA (BS): 3.1 / 4.0
GMAT: 690
Extracurriculars: Volunteer work from high school, which continued few years after college while working.
Other: Studying CFA (passed Level 2), trilingual (Japanese, Chinese)
Immigration Status: L1 Visa
I'm very close to sending the submit button for booth, I had my essay reviewed by a consultant.

Ross is a pretty quick application usually, it would be good to have some type of back up if you actually wanted to go there. The question is by the time you get the results, will you have time to set up another attractive option? If you don’t then it probably makes sense reply to K as well.

For Kellogg, I'm not in a hurry to apply, and I will have enough time to transition to prepping for them after I see my results, as they admit every quarter.
