Hi All,
I am a new member here , I was looking at all the posts and thought of discussing the same with the expert community members . Can you help evaluate my profile for ISB:
Age: 25 yr
GMAT Score: Yet to appear ( Suggest a score range too according to my profile please)
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Completed B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in 2017 with 8.2 CGPA.
H.S.C: secured 85% majoring in Science from West Bengal Board in 2013.
S.S.C: secured 84% from West Bengal Board in 2011.
Work Experience:
I have a work experience of 3 years at Tata Consultancy Services. I am currently serving as the Project Lead to drive the Reporting and analytics domain for an US Media and Communications conglomerate.
Extra Curricular:
Here I lack and do not have much to show . I have participated in a shoe donation drive for an NGO and also I act as a consultant to an IT startup.
I love meeting different people, conversing with them.
I love playing different outdoor sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball,etc. Also, I participated in different sports since school days.

I hate to break it to you but we, my friend are the biggest pool of applicant at ISB.
Indian Engineer Male - wins the pool hence we need to score upward for 720 to secure an interview.
I would recommend aiming for 740 for your preparation.
More curricular activities will help to highlight your profile & any experience ( abroad or management ) should support your profile to stand out among the rest of the pool.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I do see that I need a stellar GMAT Score to ace ISB.
Also as you said at the last , can you highlight what kind of extracurricular activities can one take up that gain prominence while getting short listed for the interview. And can you please highlight the management experience that you mentioned so that I can shape my profile likewise.
