Hi all! I just finished with my GMAT Focus on the 7th of June and scored a 665 (Q90, V80, DI 79)
I would like to know my realistic chances for ISB admit with my current profile. My details are as follows.
Male, 25
2 years work experience as an Audit Associate at KPMG GS, Gurugram
2 years at KIA Motors in UP (1 as a Marketing Associate and 1 as a Marketing Manager after promotion)
Undergrad in a tier 2 Delhi University College (Bachelors of Commerce) with a 7.76 GPA.
Various leadership positions throughout college in different college societies.
State-level table tennis player under 16 and runner up in various e-sports competitions for different games.
Worked as a Teacher in Teach-India for an year in my hometown and have been participating in social activities right from the start of college to even now.
One point that I can maybe leverage in the applications is how i scored a Q90 after not having studied math after 10th standard.
Please let me know where I stand vis-a-vis my competition. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

On the GMAT - was this your first attempt, and was the score in-line with your expectations/ mocks? Try to retake and push the score up by 10-20+ points if possible.
Reg. work-ex, is your big-4 role before or after the KIA role? It'd be important to have a strong narrative covering your experiences so far, career goals, and how/ why the ISB MBA fits in. Some guidelines for ISB's latest essays are here.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. This was my third attempt. First being in 2024, 575 and the second being 585, three months ago. I would love to do better and retake the exam and get a score higher than V80, but knowing my intellect and realising my capabilities, I think this is the best score in my cards.
My experience in KPMG was straight from college during COVID and I transitioned into a marketing role at KIA as it was something that I always had a keen interest in. Furthermore, marketing is the field I envision myself working in.
As it stands, do you think my profile is a competitive ISB profile?
