Dear
dishaawate,
While your academic performance has been around average, the postgraduate program abroad certainly adds an interesting dimension to your profile. It also raises a very relevant point that will need to be addressed in your application essays—
why you are now aiming for a second master's at this point in your career, especially given your current work experience aligns well with the specialization from your first.
That said,
your work experience and extracurriculars are where your profile truly shines. You bring strong diversity through your professional journey, and your extracurriculars reflect self-initiative and long-standing commitment. The volunteering experience, especially your ongoing engagement over the past ten years, is particularly commendable and adds a lot of character to your application.
The only major concern we see at this point is your
current GRE score, which appears quite low compared to the median for ISB admits. If retaking the test is an option, we would strongly recommend considering it if you plan to move ahead with the GRE for your application.
