Also since I am starting my GMAT prep and can dedicate around 40 hours per week for the prep what should be my target score?
Thanks again.
Hey! You have a great profile and if you had not graduated already I would have asked you to apply to deferred MBA programs at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton etc. I believe you might be having doubts coz of Tier-3 engineering college, but trust me your acads, internships, projects/extracurriculars have overpowered that (or any other weak areas of your profile). Just to stand out, I would say a 705+ GMAT score will be really good for you (but even a 675+ will put you in a sweet spot).
I think you have a great plan in place by joining Mercari as a software engineer and it will definitely put you in perfect stead to get into product management.
You will have to work hard on your essays and articulate your goals/work experience well. You will also have to demonstrate your leadership experiences, initiatives taken, impact made etc. through your extracurriculars/projects and internships.
We have 40+ mentors from ISB on our platform
