Yes, while the MiM programs do not explicitly demand a work experience, they definitely want to understand how you have demonstrated your hold and influence in whatever formal and professional settings you have been exposed to. INSEAD decided to roll out the MiM program the same year that I pursued my MBA there. During one of the discussions I had with the career management team, an officer told me that the INSEAD MiM program aims to serve a demand in the market where promising young adults get opportunities to leverage top B-Schools' extensive alumni network early on in their careers. And gradually MiM too has become more and more competitive, for which one would really have to differentiate himself/herself apart- through one's achievements in adolescent years or work scenarios.

Hi , heres my two cents

1. Good acads and decent GMAT score. P&G internship is a plus.
2. You really need to introspect and think about instances and stories from your life that showcase your leadership abilities and go-getter spirit, in order to make up for your extremely short professional experience. Think about the times when you were a child- what factors and influences in your life shaped up your personality? What were some instances where you proved your mettle and perhaps helped your family or community in some manner. Launched a small enterprise and did not succeed? Show your entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn from past mistakes and become a better version of yourself. What would you do differently in future? Align your goals accordingly in your storyline. There are endless ways to make an interesting application- the key to which is introspection.

Good luck! :)

Thank you MBAGuide. I really appreciate it.

About the experience part, I don't think Master's programs require work experience, let alone as extensive as the ones MBA programs require.

Do you have any idea about Masters in Management?
