Programming experience : I took a C++ class in undergrad
Work Experience: 6 years as a Drilling Engineer at Shell Oil designing and executing oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico. Includes field drilling supervision experience.
Goal: Trying to make a career change into the finance industry emphasizing in energy (Investment Banking - energy sector).
Is MIT MFin, Oxford Master of Financial Economics, or Berkeley Master of Financial Engineering within my reach?

I like your profile. Good GPA in a hard major. International experience. Strong GMAT. I think MIT might be a little tough only because you'd probably be a little older than the standard student. One good thing you should look at is MIT now has a financial engineering focus which might align well with what you are doing. I think you'd be an interesting candidate for a bunch of top programs. Look at Financial Math masters as well. You might not have enough programming experience/knowledge (might, not 100% sure) for some MFE programs, but I am sure you'd qualify for many of them.
Just make sure you can focus on my an another masters when you already have the MBA. Make sure not to focus on brand or stuff like that. Programs want to think you care more about them than simply for their reputation and stuff like that.
