11+ years work-ex in supply chain / operations / consulting [12 years by the time of R1 application 2024]
I am more inclined towards 2-year full time MBA or MBA+MS dual degree.Some of the schools / courses I found relevant are listed below. Need your expert opinion on suggesting how suitable these are basis my profile.

Hi! You have a pretty good experience in Operations and it's great that you are looking at programs focused on Operations which will certainly give you an edge in all the programs you have listed. You can additionally look at Stanford MSx as well. You got great acads (from 10th and 12th perspective), but in your case the focus will be more on B.Tech and MBA grades along with GMAT/GRE/EA.
In these programs you will be competing with highly experienced professionals across the globe and you will have to highlight your leadership stories extremely well (bonus if you have international experience, but no need to fret if you don't have any). Along with this, you need to have a very strong answer for "Why second MBA" considering IIMs are valued across the globe for both your essays and interviews.
You should also highlight your research & white papers which can act as USP in your case.
Overall, your profile looks really good and you have a great chance to get an admit (provided you score well on GMAT/GRE/EA - which have a high weightage).

Hi Sparky67 hope this finds you well.
For a start, you have a fantastic profile. But to give you better advice, I would like to know if the only reason for a 2nd MBA at this point is a change of geography to the US? Given that you have a lot of relevant experience, schools might wonder why you would want to spend so much time in school. Make sure you understand whether organizations recruit for their leadership positions from these longer programs or not. Although I can understand why you might be inclined toward the 2 year courses in the US as it gives you time to flex your wings and prepare yourself better for the recruiting cycle. I too have a background in operations research and design. My top B schools for you would be these two primarily because they are considered probably the best in the world if you want to specialise in operations design and management.
MIT Sloan
Sloan is known for its cutting-edge research in operations and offers a comprehensive range of electives covering various aspects of operations management, from supply chain management and analytics to process and network design to supply chain tech product development. In addition, the Sloan School offers a sustainability certification that underscores its commitment to integrating sustainable practices into operations. Given that you already have a lot of experience in Operations design and management, you would be a great fit for MIT LGO.
Ross School of Business
You did not mention Ross. The Ross School of Business is another good choice. The school emphasizes operations management in its first-year curriculum and offers a global operations program in partnership with the University of Michigan's Tauber Institute for Global Operations. With more than 24 electives focused on operations and technology, Ross offers ample opportunities for specialization. You can also gain hands-on experience in real-world operations scenarios through action learning projects.
Nine to ten percent of Ross MBA graduates take jobs in operations or logistics each year. That's a significant number for an MBA class. The school is also a feeder for top MBB roles in Strategy and Ops consulting practice.
