Hi
bhavya1999 4.5 years is a decently long time to be in one industry. How has your career progressed in this time frame? This is the most critical piece in any MBA admissions process. I hope you already know that you come from the most crowded pool of applicants, so what uniqueness do you bring through your professional knowledge and capabilities that will help you contribute uniquely and meaningfully to the PGP class, as well as position you strategically in front of recruiters at ISB?
You did not mention your post-PGP goals. This is the most common mistake that applicants make. You need to look at your entire work history from the POV of the goals that you want to achieve after the MBA, and that should help you understand which parts of your experience should be highlighted and in what manner.
What kind of projects have you worked on (implementations, rollouts, support)? What changed because of your work? How large were the clients, teams, or datasets? What are your core skills beyond SAP implementation? Do you understand business fundamentals for example supply chain design, process optimization, or data-driven decision-making? What is your underlying knowledge area that would create tangible value for a business? A high score is non-negotiable. Think upwards of 685.
