Hello
You haven't mentioned the most important part of your profile - your GPA. The application pool of Indian IT (male) applicants is very high. Therefor you will face a lot of competition as most of the other applicants will have similar profiles. Unless you are in the top 1 - 2 % in your class (GPA>3.85), with a 600 score on GMAT, most of these schools will be out of your reach. As far as LORs and essays are concerned, above average just wont make the cut, they will have to exceed expectations. Your career goals make sense but you will have to explain them very cogently in your essays.
Tell me more about your work experience - leadership positions held, promotions, key projects, other achievements, international exposure, etc.
Based on the info you have given
Dream: Carlson - Minnesota, Scheller - Arizona, Mannheim Germany, Wisconsin Madison, UIUC, UC Irvine, UBC, Broad, Smith - Maryland
Target: Smeal, Fox - Temple, Terry - Georgia,
with reach - Safe: Krannert, George Washington, BYU
