Marriot would certainly be a dream school for you. Are you sure about your GPA being around 2.8 - 2.9. I would suggest you to get it converted to the 4 point scale officially. A GPA below 3 with 600 GMAT makes all the schools dream for you as their average GPA is above 3.4. Your work ex looks pretty good. Any achievements directly in line with your goals will help your case. Any volunteer experience?

I will strongly advice you to retake GMAT and apply next year. Use this additional time to gain some valuable volunteer experience and other experiences that will help you in preparing a strong application. If you are sure about applying in R2, I would advise you to focus on your role in training incoming employees, how yo were chosen among your peer for this task. Also focus on how your performance led to your promotions. In short, don't just say that you 'xyz' quality - prove it using examples from your life.
