Hi,
Welcome to GMATclub. Congratulations for GMAT 730.
1 year of experience before MBA is too low for American and European B-schools. Your profile looks good and will be stronger and if you will score 750 above. You should apply to top 20 B-schools in the world and I suggest you to aim for top only.
If you need to apply in India, then the list is short - ISB and IIMs (A, B, C)
I suggest you below:
1. Increase your GMAT score to 750 or above
2. Gain more experience. At least 2 years of experience. Get some leadership assignments
3. Keep continuing/ give time for extra curricular activities, hobbies and social cause, etc.
4. Start researching about schools which are best in Marketing, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Make a list, see their placement reports, find the alumni and current students. Try to connect with them and ask their feedback.
You have enough time to get into a school. You are on the right track and right time to make your profile stronger. Let me know if you need further suggestions.

Hello,
I am an a female (23) Indian applicant and did my Bachelors and Masters in English. I pursued the major because of my passion for literature but as I got involved with more research and student activities, I felt the need to also gain leadership skills. Thus, I chose to enter the corporate world and gain some real-world experience. I am currently working as a content writer with the digital marketing team of a major corporate hospital chain in India and have been for the last 5 months.
My role is not confined to just content though. I recently ran a successful marketing campaign that I hatched and executed with the help of my team, working in collaboration with colleagues with over a decade of experience. This experience has thought me a lot and gained me a lot of credibility at my workplace, extending my scope of work to analytics and strategy as well.
I have also expressed interest in entrepreneurship and leadership throughout my academic life, where I did extra credits in business development and was an active student leader working on various activities on and outside campus. Additionally, I have also led by example by teaching in a differently-abled school for two years, encouraging several people around me to gain an interest in volunteer activities and to contribute meaningfully.
I wish to do an MBA next year after a year's work experience in order to gain the adequate marketing and leadership skills for the professional world. My current qualifications will hinder my growth, especially in India, where prerequisite degrees are a huge part of resume evaluation.
I wrote the GMAT recently and scored 730 on the test.
I would like to know the best schools to apply to considering I will have exactly a year's worth of work experience at the time of admission. Thanks!
