Hi guys,
I just gave my 2nd GMAT attempt and scored a 680 (Q48,V38) IR-7 - Which is a 20 point improvement from my last attempt.
And following is my profile -
Secondary - 10/10 CGPA
Senior Secondary - 94.6 %
B.Tech ( CSE with specialization in Bioinformatics ) - 8.86/10 CGPA
Experience -
I am planning to apply for 2021 intake so by then I'll have 1.5 years of work experience and 0.5 years of Internship experience - both in Consulting industry.
Extracurriculars -
1. Sports Captain in school
2. Amateur photographer
3. Painting ( recently got into digital painting as well )
4. Writing ( about to get my poems published in a anthology as well )
Apart from these, I am planning to join a NGO next year and also looking to take up some extra curriculars in office as well.
I am looking to apply for the MBA co-op program of Degroote School of Business, McMasree as it is suitable for people with less work experience under their belt and also the co-op cirriculum is unique.
Posted from my mobile deviceI have the exact same split but I got a 700
How is that possible
Contact GMAC and ask them how is this possible
You deserve a 700
I have the same quant and verbal split
TO Evaluate your profile
I'd say you got what it takes to get in. Just try to be polite, respectful and non-judgemental in your essay
I have known so many clients who made this mistake in the essays
You can schedule free consultations with me if you want, the link to the website is in my signature.
It is a free srvice from me to help people achieve their goals without wasting thousands, nay, lacs on admissions consulting for absolutely generic advice. No spam. No nothing. Pure service for everyone
As I know that it takes more than just a GMAT and social service to get in, I think a detailed consulting is necessary
It is free so no harm in trying. Let me know if you are interested
Good luck with the applications
I wouldn't apply now because the scholarships have been distributed and I think a lot less entrance scholarships remain
It does make sense to try
With a good enough profile, you can even apply to a larger B-school such as Queens, Alberta; Rotman may be a stretch but it definitely is worth a shot if you are clever with application
