For ISB, your profile is already very strong: SRCC, 97% in 12th, and three promotions at EY-Parthenon are significant positives. I’d target 700+ on the GMAT, with 715–725+ putting you in a more comfortable range.
 For extracurriculars, don’t add things just for the application; use your break for something genuine around philosophy, economics, fitness, mentoring, or volunteering.
 Your bigger focus should be on clearly articulating your career progression, leadership and impact at EY-Parthenon, since the lack of substantial extracurriculars is the main gap.

While there's no 'magic' score, aiming for a 675-685+ with a balanced sectional split, would be ideal.

Regarding extracurriculars, quality matters more than quantity i.e. consistent and impactful involvement across 2-3 activities would trump sporadic or inconsistent involvement across multiple activities.

It'd also be crucial to have a strong narrative covering your experiences, goals, and how the MBA/ ISB fits in at this juncture. This article can help provide some insights on the ISB essays.

Admissions committees at programs that evaluate leadership holistically want evidence of impact outside the professional sphere; right now, the application reads as almost entirely work-defined, which concentrates risk if the essays cannot compensate.

- What the GMAT actually needs to do in this profile is confirm academic readiness alongside SRCC's already solid signal.
