Hi,
I would appreciate evaluating the below profile for ISB, NUS and HEC, considering there is no time for me to re-take gmat:
GMAT - 680 (49, 33)
Indian/F/23
Acads -
CBSE 10th = 84%
CBSE 12th = 79%
B.tech (in Computer Sci.) = 8.01/10
Work Experience - By Mar’13, I will have 2yrs of experience.
5months : Trainee + Intern, Infosys Ltd., Mysore, India
3months : Web Programmer, Bulbous Cell Media, Tokyo, Japan
12months : Program Analyst, STS Forum (NGO), Tokyo, Japan -> NON-IT; This ngo host high-level conferences for luminaries from corporate, political and scientific communities. I along with my event team collaborate closely with them. I have also trained 2 people in our team.
Extra-curricular -
Dancing, Track-sports (State level), Swimming etc.

Hi Vinc,
Thanks for sharing your profile. It's rather interesting! You made a big career shift from tech to non profit/business. Very non linear transition - I'll bet there's a good story behind it! Let's break down your profile:
Academics: Undergrad GPA is strong but GMAT is slightly low.
Professional: The transition out of tech is good, but since you've only been in this role for one year, you probably don't have as much leadership experience as the ad com typically sees from someone 3-4 years into such a role. It's great that you've trained junior employees, though.
EC: You seem to be a very active athlete. If these are current activities, that's great, esp. the state-level track. Shows a higher level of commitment, discipline, ability, etc.
Community: Don't see anything in this area. This would be a gap in your profile.
I'd say NUS and HEC are possibilities with your profile. ISB is a reach, but it's worth applying.
