Hi and thanks for your post, and thanks for the detailed information about your background.
The admissions committees will look at your profile, analyzing your stats (GMAT/GPA), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Regrading your stats, your GMAT score is above the average at USC, although below the average for the other schools you listed. Hopefully you will increase it when you take it again and get in the high 600s, which is about the average of those schools. As for your GPA, you can use the Optional Essay to help explain why it is lower than you would like it to be. I always find it impressive when someone works while in school, and I think schools will understand that you probably would have had better grades if you didn’t have to work. That being said, many people do work while in school, so you will still have to make up for the fact that it is significantly below the average GPA of your target schools. Hopefully you will improve your GMAT score, which will help offset that GPA. If not, there are still other ways to show that you have the academic ability to succeed in the classroom, such as taking a supplemental course such as statistics or calculus and earning an A.
As for your work experience, it’s not ideal that you have had to jump around a bit, but you do have some good experience. Make sure to emphasize your leadership roles such as, for example, being promoted at Discover and managing a team of bankers. Your goals are also very important, and it is crucial to illustrate that they are specific and realistic. You mentioned possibly being in the tech space or IB. You will certainly want to choose one of them to show you are focused. Also, however, they should be realistic, so make sure that whatever goal you choose to discuss, it relates to your previous work experience. They should not be goals that seemingly come out of left field.
I didn’t see any extracurriculars but hopefully you have been involved with one or two where you have made an impact and taken on a leadership role.
Good luck!
