Would also prefer any other good schools in and around California.

Kindly evaluate my profile and let me know of any areas of improvement and other schools which I can think of.

Hello,

With the given information, I would suggest you to

1) Retake GMAT and score in the range of 700+ since you represent the most competitive pool (indian engineers). You have to have a reason to differentiate yourself from rest of the peers

2) Take some more initiatives at work, and try to acquire some unique exposure and skills (with some leadership exposure). With these changes, you will have a lot to talk about when you write your stories

And If you think you can not do two points mentioned above, you can take a CHANCE, but for taking chance also, you must present very STRONG essays.
