Hey, I'd really appreciate any feedback on my profile:
Demographic: 26, male, dual citizen of EU/US
GPA: 3.7 in Electrical Engineering (BYU)
GMAT: 730 (49 Q 40 V)
WE: 2 years (3 at matriculation) in a top-tier economic consulting firm
EC/Volunteer: Head math instructor of a prison education outreach program, served a 2-year mission for my church (led/trained groups of ~15 other missionaries for 6+ months)
Post-MBA goal: Get into management at a large tech company (Google etc)
What are my chances at the M7 schools? What should I highlight about my profile or what do I need to prove to them? Outside of the M7, what top 10-15 schools should I apply to? Also, my verbal portion of the GMAT was much lower than any practice exam (typically 44-48) and my practice tests were in the 750-780 range... is it worth my time to retake the GMAT?

Hey dude,
Looks pretty good so far. A nice GPA, a nice GMAT, good extra curricualrs (church) what seems to be good work experience. All is in order.
The only thing that doesn't make sense is your change to tech. Because for that, normally you need some deep Tech experience (unless you wanted to go back to something related to electric engineering). Otherwise as far as the narrative you present business schools, it will likely make more sense for you to continue your economic consulting career, but on a higher level.
Don't retake the GMAT. Instead, make a fantastic application to each of the M7 schools. The time will be better spent.

Thanks for the feedback! In particular it helps set my mind at ease with regards to my GMAT score, and I'll certainly have to think a bit more about my post-MBA goals (far from 100% on what exactly I want to do).
