Kindly evaluate my profile and suggest target schools
Demographics: Age 22, Male, Indian
GMAT: 660 (Q47,V34,IR 3,AWA 5.5)
Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communication,VIT (Vellore Campus) , CGPA : 8.49; Class 12th: 84.6% ; Class 10th: 91.2%.
Work Ex: 0 (Date of Joining : December 2016 ,Organization: Accenture, Designation: Software Engineering Associate)
Extra-curriculars:
Worked for ENACTUS VIT (August, 2013-Feb, 2015), VIT chapter, was one of the Project LEAD of their then project and also drafted the logo of their first project (TROFI) and even worked for the project. It is an international social entrepreneurship club built on the objective to provide job opportunities for the lower sections of the society and thereby establishing a self-sustaining business.
Worked for TFAC(The Fine Arts Club VIT University),VIT chapter(July,2013-June,2014).It is the official Art Club of VIT, and represents VIT in various events as well as is responsible for the entire decoration process of both the Cultural Fest(RIVIERA) as well as the Technical Fest(GRAVITAS) of VIT.
Worked as a Team Coordinator of the event INNOVATE organized by E-CELL (Entrepreneurship Cell) and ENACTUS together during GRAVITAS’2014, and took part in the same and lead my team to winning position.
Worked for HELPHEN INDIA (March, 2014-May, 2015), an NGO registered in Delhi, as a core member and as a part of the team working on ‘’Project Sahara’’. A project that aims at providing consistent jobs to the needful.
Post MBA goals: To get into general finance or leadership development programs at International banks.
I am targeting the below schools:
India School of Business (ISB)
I have already applied to the YLP 2016 program with the above mentioned credentials , is my profile good enough for it ? If not which are the areas to be worked upon if I plan to apply again next month for the Early Entry Option of the ISB.

As you are likely aware, the average GMAT of YLP is 705. With a 660, some people of course do get in, but then you have to have an amazingly strong profile. So really the one thing to work on improving at this point in your GMAT, because that is where you can make the most difference.
