For the top 15 schools, 700+ would definitely help given that you're applying from a heavily represented demographic. For consulting, you can't go wrong with any of the schools you mentioned, so take note of each program's culture, teaching style (Darden is 100% case), and geography when deciding which one is right for you. This perspective, and your research, will increase your chances by helping you make a strong case for why you're a fit for a specific program.
