Thanks for reaching out with your profile. I think your experience in the management trainee program is really strong, and usually, those types of programs are well regarded by admissions committees because they are selective and come with lots of exposure. It should also be a positive that you have an offer to return post-MBA.
In terms of weaknesses, I think your GMAT needs improvement if you want to target top programs. It also seems like your extracurriculars are not very recent (?) so it would be good to add something current when you apply. Also, note that you won't need to convert your GPA, and admissions committees are well versed in reviewing grades from other countries.

So far I have worked with Adani Defence, Adani Solar (in their factory as a factory supervisor trainee), Adani Green, Adani Electricity and Adani Airports; covering the roles of HR, Business Development, Purchase Team, Customer Service and Marketing strategy.
I'm going to apply for the class of 2024 and my target is ivy league colleges and would like feedback regarding that.
