For a semester I afterschool tutored/mentored refugee children at a local elementary school.
As a part of my honor society I've volunteered 200 hours across multiple organizations (School, City, Tutoring, Foundations) over the past two years upon graduation.
Current Work Experience:
Fortune 100 Economic Valuation Summer Internship (Summer 2022)
Part Time Sales Supervisor for a nice retail clothing company, 2 years, promoted twice. (2019-2021)
*Plan to have another Fortune 500 Internship in finance this upcoming Summer 2023*
Recommendations
Solid, primarily from upper faculty at my school and one from my summer internship.
*A little side note that I think is important to mention. Before I attended community college to get my AA degree I actually attended a Top 300 University and failed out. Basically I left that University with a 1.5 GPA, made straight A's for a year at community college, got into a top 50 University, and have made straight A's since and will until I graduate. Not your typical B+ Average 3.2 GPA, more like a F student turned into a straight A student. I didn't really have any special reason for flunking out, I just worked a lot and didn't know what I wanted to do so I didn't care about school, was in a different major, plus Covid happened.... I talk about this in some of my essays, how I've figured out what I want to do and how I've grown into a leader and have become a better person from it. Without making excuses I've tried to use it to highlight my strengths and accomplishments as it shows improvement from the worst you can do to striving for the best. Let me know if you think this will negatively affect me, personally I think it shows change and commitment but I also can see how flunking out can still look weak.*
My Target Schools are: CBS, SOM, Tuck, Johnson and Warrington. I'm interested in other M7's but I feel that with my age, gpa and limited work experience it's a long shot for me. Just trying to gauge an idea of where I stand as an applicant and what my realistic chances are like at some of these schools. Thank you, all feedback is highly appreciated!!

Thanks for posting your profile. Firstly, I am impressed that many strengths in your profile - outstanding GMAT score (which will offset somewhat your lower undergrad GPA), strong track record of leadership at school and within your community, as well as an incredible work ethic.
Given that you are graduating from undergrad in Spring 2023, I assume you are applying to the Deferred MBA programs. If that is the case, the Admissions Committee will be looking for you to have secured a full-time job offer starting either summer / fall 2023 after you graduate. This can help them assess your career trajectory and potential. Of course, if you would like to do a separate internship in summer 2023 before starting at your full-time role in fall 2023, that's fine too. But most candidates have a full-time offer in hand (or are close to one) when they apply to the deferred MBA programs (typical deadlines in April).
Be sure to explain your GPA in the Optional essay. It sounds like you were stretched thin with working during school, and perhaps also needed time to find your footing academically. But once you did, you performed well - you could point to the improvement to show your academic capabilities.
As you pull your MBA apps together, be sure to describe what motivates you to be passionate about your career goals. Why MBA? How will an MBA help you achieve your future goals?
