Hi Team,
I am a 7+ years IT guy. I have 77% in 10th std, 65% in 12th std, and 63% in Engineering from Tier 2 college.
In extra curricular activities, i have
1) completed Robotics certificate, a semester long course, certified by Carnegie Mellon, USA.
2) participated in Robo events at other colleges.
3) worked as a volunteer in NGO for 2.5 years (weekends volunteering).
In professional world, I have been working as an IT analyst for the past 7.4 years in one of the MNCs and
1) won 2 CSAT award from clients for cost cutting and automation.
2) won 3 best employee awards
3) completed Lean and agile certified workshop
I have a keen interest in chess (1600 rated player) and reading.
I have been trying for a good GMAT score but unfortunately, i am still stuck in mid 500s.
I am not sure whether i should stick with GMAT and apply for regular MBA or i should switch to EA and try my luck.
Moreover, i am not sure whether my profile is a below average or just an average.
I am looking for Canadian, European and Indian B-schools. Below are the colleges i am looking after -
Smith School of Business
Schulich School of Business
Sauder School of Business
HEC Montreal
WHU (Otto Beisheim)
ESMT Berlin

What about the GRE? Are you struggling more in the Quant or Verbal section of the GMAT? The GRE might be a better fit for you.
I believe the EA is for EMBA programs, not full-time MBA. You might want to check the validity of that exam for admission. Are you thinking about waiting to apply for EMBA programs? You're on the younger side for EMBA.
The GMAT isn't everything but if you aren't moving up from mid-500s, you may need to reconsider this list slightly. Some of these schools feel competitive based on your holistic profile.
