You're very welcome! That sounds like a good plan to give a shot this year while job hunting too. You can always reapply next year if it doesn't work out. Many jobs can be "MBA-aspirant worthy" as you put it...I think what's important is finding a job that allows you to develop new skills and is related to your ideal post-MBA goal. So while you may not be qualified for traditional finance jobs, perhaps there's a position at a bank, or in retail operations, that might fit well given your past experience. Strong quantitative skills are important for business school so any position that lets you work on those skills and conduct data analysis / research etc. to solve problems should help you a lot.
