The strong GMAT helps! did you finish first class in undergrad? that will help too-- if not then just emphasize the upward trend as you have done here.Work experience (by September 2021- 3 years 2 months):

Great to see the promotion-- was it an early promotion? Such important work! Is this a strong interest? Sounds like it could be very useful to share this.- Delegate at HPAIR conference, 2021
Future goals:

Target schools
- Stretch: Wharton and Kellogg
- Target: Tuck, UC Berkeley, Ross, Yale
- Safety: Kenan Flagler
the 740 will help you here-- but 760 even better, also consider Emory or Owen or Kelley here tooI think your school list and targets sound reasonable-- I would add Fuqua as a target tooGiven my profile, is my assessment of stretch, target and safety schools accurate? Are there any other schools I should keep on my list? Also, should I retake the GMAT to try reach 760? Will that make a difference to my admission/scholarship?
If you think you can get to 760 it won't hurt to try to take the GMAT again if you feel there is still a chance you can improve-- but I think the bigger place to keep working is to have a compelling story in your applications and essays and really do your school research. Now is a great time to work on this and we have a great process for this at Stratus.
