Hey there good sir!
So your profile is in pretty good shape. You have a solid GMAT, a good GPA, and what seems to be good work experience.
You don't have any major weaknesses I can see, but there are suite of minor ones which I think might make Top 10 schools quite challenging for you, and I would advise you to open your school list to top 20/25 schools:
- Indian/IT/Male - as you know this is the biggest and toughest applicant pool.
- GMAT - It's not only below average for most Top 10 programs you have listed, but if we consider you in your pool it will be even more below average (estimate +20 points for Indian candidates)
- GPA - likewise, the average GPA at most Top10 programs is 3.5-3.7. I mean you are CLOSE, but considered with the other things, it can make a difference.
But that's not even the most important thing. Whatever schools you will apply for, I don't yet see what you have to offer the Adcom that will make your profile interesting and unique. What about NGO work? Or ECs? Or hobbies/passions? Who are you? where do you come from? I mean the PERSONAL side of the application, which as we are seeing, is becoming more and more important every single year. I'm sure you have some interesting stuff, but you will have to dig it out and write it up!
I hope this helps! And feel free to drop us a line for a
