Question

I am planning to apply to my target B schools in R2 (Full time programs) this year. My profile is as follows:

Gender: Male
Age: 24+ years
Location: India (Andhra Pradesh)
Target schools: Sloan, Darden, USC Marshall, ISB

Work experience: ~4 years
Working as a scientist in Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO, Space agency of India) for almost past 4 years. Joined the organization straight off campus after my graduation and have been working since. My work includes evaluation and prediction of burn rates for all the solid rocket motors of ISRO. It involves nozzle and grain design and propellant composition finalization as well. I have been rated as Outstanding performer in all the past 3 Annual Performance reviews. I have made contribution to the human rating of India's heaviest rocket for India's maiden Human Space Flight Program. I have been working in ISRO's Augmentation project for Solid motors. The project value is north of 35 Million USD. I have dealt with many Domestic and International suppliers for procurement of various equipment for the organization.

Education: B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology
Received 100% scholarship covering entire tuition and residential costs for all 4 years of B.Tech from Department of Space, Govt. of India.
(The institute is Asia's first and only University dedicated for Space Science. Considered top option for Aerospace in the country)
I have a journal published in international journal for work done during last year of my college.
Xth grades: 88.8% (District topper, State board)
XIIth grades: 96.2% (CBSE)
Under 5000 rank in JEE
Undergrad GPA: 7.84 (on scale of 10; Top quarter of the class)

Extra curriculars: 
A big sports enthusiast and a cricket and Football player.
Played Cricket for my state zone in Junior level. Captain of Undergrad College's Cricket team for 3 years. Have represented my college in Inter University Cricket tournament that is played all across the country. Member of College's Football team. Member of ISRO's cricket team.
Have worked for an NGO that works very actively across the country for education of underprivileged children aged 4 to 6 years.
Have worked as volunteer for an NGO that worked for Covid relief measures across the country.
Was part of a team of ISRO that converted Propellant grade oxygen plants to Medical grade Oxygen plant during the time of crisis (COVID 2nd wave) and supplied Oxygen to a number of states.
Have worked as a tutor for JEE Advanced at a coaching institute for all 4 years of my college (during vacations).
Head of the Logistics team for the Tech and Cultural Fest of my undegrad college.

GMAT score: 740 (Q51 V38 IR7 AWA6)
