Is there any possibility of improving your GMAT score? As a Russian applicant, you are coming from a unique demographic & the adcom loves family business applicants, especially if you can name that at your post-MBA goal. When you are a family business applicant you tend to have had greater responsibility than others your age who are working in traditional jobs, and when you name the family business as your post-MBA goal the adcom knows you have a guaranteed job, which is good for their employment stats. While they may be willing to overlook a slightly low GPA given these other strengths in your candidacy, 660 is quite a bit below the average for schools in the 15-30 range, which puts you at quite a disadvantage and is going to make those schools a reach. A 700 would be ideal but even a 680 would help. If you think it's extremely unlikely that you'll be able to improve your score, I would aim for schools in the 25-50 range to increase your chances. Your age is also on the upper end, which is one more reason why a higher GMAT will be necessary - when you are too "old" is hurts your candidacy because they start to worry that you no longer need the degree. If there's any possibility of working remotely from your job a part time MBA program would be ideal for you -- you are right on target in terms of age and years of experience and they are also easier to get into than their full time counterparts so although a 680 minimum GMAT would be ideal you'd still have a shot at schools like UCLA or CBS if you were to aim for the part time versions.
