I'm an INDIAN male engineering grad looking to apply to business school this year, specifically ones focused on consulting(Strategy).
Here is a quick look at my profile:
I was schooled in the Middle east until grade 12.
Grade 10: 86.4%
Grade 12: 89.4%
I've completed my Undergrad from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal
CGPA : 7.23 (on 10)
Discipline: Engineering - Electronics & Communications
Additionally, I've been the head of various events and also a core committee member focused on event management for the college's annual fests.
I've been employed in Deloitte Consulting since 2012.
June 2012 - Aug 2015 : Business & Technology Analyst
Aug 2015 onwards : Consultant
I've given my GMAT in November.

I'm looking to get into the ISB. But additionally, I'd like to know what my chances are at top tier schools in the US.

Now, I'd LOVE to help you out and get down with your profile.
The thing is I am missing detail.
I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.
It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.
Given what you have written, I'd say Top 20 yes, Top 5 a bit tough.
