Hi
shavarna,
I've help several Indian students get into top part-time MBA programs in the US, including Berkeley Haas and Chicago Booth.
You seem to have a strong profile for part-time MBA programs you are targeting.
I like your work experience and advanced degree in US. Your extracurriculars are interesting and diverse.
The GMAT score could be better, but the part-time MBA programs tend to have lower average GMAT so 700 should be fine.
The 2 things that will be most important for you are the essays and letters of recommendation where you will have to articulate your career goals, why are you applying for part-time MBA and how specifically you will you manage your work and MBA program course load. If you can answer these questions convincingly, you are good!

Here is a review from my recent admit to CBS.
